File a Claim

  1. Visit our Dashboard

  2. Verify your wallet by clicking the "VERIFY" button

  1. Find the respective insured transaction

  2. Click the "CLAIM" button

  1. Review your transaction details

  2. Fill in the Claim Request form

  3. Click "SUBMIT"

Track your Claim

  1. On the Dashboard, switch to the Claims tab

  2. Find the respective claim

  3. Click the "VIEW" button

  1. Your claim status can be tracked from this page
